Founded in 2006, NextPax is the leading vacation rental and specialty lodging channel manager providing seamless real-time connectivity between property managers and over 300 distribution channels globally. NextPax is a fast-growing innovative company delivering cutting edge and highly automated vacation rental distribution technology. NextPax auto-builds properties directly from the PMS and through to the distribution channel. Connectivity includes ARI, bookings and content updates.

After predominantly working in the vacation rental market in Europe for the past ten years, NextPax is enhancing its operations to the American, Canadian and Asian markets since 2016. NextPax is preferred partner of HomeAway and Booking.com.

NextPax can, depending on the customer’s wishes, supply a state of the art system including a website and a management segment based on our White Label. The software is cloud based and together with our SaaS philosophy ensures our customers are always working with the latest version. The front-end of this system is custom-made for the customer and can be expanded with a variety of links (theme channels, car-rental, insurances, independent partner system etc.).
