EQUINITI KYC SOLUTIONS IS AN EXPERIENCED KNOW-YOUR-CUSTOMER (KYC) TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PROVIDER.

Equiniti KYC Solutions, formerly KYCnet, was founded in 2008 in Amsterdam with the idea of providing KYC as a service to banks and financial institutions. We were the first company in the world to adopt KYC-as-a-Service model and now with eight years of experience in the KYC sector, are helping leading financial institutions across Europe meet their client due diligence obligations.

The success and combination of innovative solutions offered by KYCnet were recognized by the Equiniti Group plc, a leading provider of technology led solutions to clients with complex and regulated administration need. As a result, in March 2016 KYCnet became part of the Equiniti Group plc, and rebranded the business to Equiniti KYC Solutions.

Thanks to Equiniti’s reputation, size, experienced team and global sourcing capability we have been able to benefit from the acquisition and to translate it into success from day 1. Because of that, Equiniti KYC Solutions is now experiencing an exciting growth. Within six months after the acquisition, our team has doubled in size and due to the new increasing projects, we are expecting to reach 100 employees by the end of 2016.
