De Nieuwe Regentes bevindt zich in een voormalig zwembad uit 1920. Het monumentaal pand in Segbroek is een werk- en ontmoetingsplek waar de culturele kracht van de buurt bij elkaar komt. Theater voor en door de buurt.
De Grote Zaal beschikt over 380 stoelen en is geschikt voor theatervoorstellingen, congressen en recepties. Door de inschuifbare tribune is de ruimte uiterst flexibel in te richten.
Daarnaast zijn er voor kleinere evenementen bijzondere ruimtes: Kleine Zaal, Ketelhuis, Het Diepe en Studio.
