Marco De Felice is an Italian chef. He was born in Italy, in Puglia! Since 1998, Marco lives and works mainly in Amsterdam.
Since childhood, he was inspired by his mother while watching here Italian cooking
Marco arrived as young man to Netherlands to Gorinchem where he decided to undertake an activity of Italian gastronomy.
From that moment on, Marco felt at home in the hospitality field throughout his passion for Italian cuisine.
Marco works as a manager, and sommelier of Italian many Italian Wine brands, as well as Maitre and in all areas of gastronomy.
Marco with his team work to prepare Italian dishes using only fresh and MADE IN ITALY products.
Its flamboyant, happy and professional appearance is a known part of his personality assuring unique and delighted customer experience.
