I am a expressive arts therapist, choreographer and teacher. My vision is to empower people through the use of the arts. In my artistic work is characterized by and intens and powerful movement language in which i display those proceses that we as humans all share yet feel vulenerabe about. In my therapeutic work I work through the felt sense of the body to bring forth empowerment, growth and healing. through the creative process we can enter and play with those proceses that are challenging for us, and gain new insights, knowledge, and wisdom. So we can live a fuller more satisfactory life. I specialize in: Stress reduction, Trauma, addiction, Artistic coaching, selfesteem building, balancing work/life and reducing perfectionism to a workable level.
