Thousands and thousands of beers and champagnes accompanied by food that is the face of local cultures; I’ve seen it all and I’ve tasted a lot. If you would ask me what my all-time favorites are, I really couldn’t give you a straight answer. Every dish or drink has its own story and they’re all priceless to me. You should experience it yourself and I see it as my mission to encourage that.

My bar is the first in Amsterdam to serve you hoptails and grapetails; cocktails based on beer and bubbles. If you’re in for a treat, please try the street food dishes on my menu. Every dish is served street style, because that’s the way I experienced it and that’s the way I want you to experience it. You will taste the unbeatable recipe of falafel from Lebanon, authentic roti from Suriname and truffle pizza from Italy. And what to think of the hotdog buns of my American friend William and some of the local delicacies in Amsterdam, such as “broodje tartaar”?
