Marine Litter to Jewelry and Art
I go beachcombing almost every day. Seeing the Marine Litter that washed up on the beach inspired me to pick it up one day, years ago. The bright colors caught my eye and the strangest thing happend. I just couldn't put all these pieces of plastic in the garbage can. And so I started collecting beach plastics.
Inspired by the diversity of colors I started making bracelets out of fishing nets and later on the 'Zand Rovers' out of the pieces of colorful plastic.
