Expedition Factory is based around two main themes:

First theme is the organization of climate awareness and personal and corporate social leadership expeditions to climate hotspots in the world, specializing in the Arctic. We have wide experience with wilderness experience expeditions for indiduals, corporate groups and TV crews.

Second theme is individual and team training based on the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) instrument, which we do for clients in-house or offsite. We have years of experience with team effectiveness training in the IT, education and financial services sectors.
