Yays offers wonderful 'travel and stay' boutique apartments in historical areas and buildings with love for the original purpose and the neighbourhood. Hosted by a concierge from the local area and located outside the city centre in the most vivid and parts of town, you'll be soon dishing out tips to the locals!

Yays opened its first aparthotel in December 2014 in Amsterdam; in the picturesque Western Isles neighbourhood: Yays Bickersgracht. Two more locations opened in September 2015: Yays Zoutkeetsgracht, also at the Western Isles and Yays Oostenburgergracht, located in the lovely Czaar Peter neighbourhood.

In November 2017, Yays opened The Yays - Crane Apartment. A unique experience for a special stay in Amsterdam! The historic Figee crane was renovated and repurposed into a luxury apartment. Come enjoy the panoramic view from the upper deck and take your Amsterdam stay to the next level!

In the summer of 2017 Yays Sagrera has opened in Barcelona in the lovely La Sagrera neighbourhood and in 2018 you can unlock exciting neighbourhoods with Yays in Paris and Antwerp!
