After many years of working as the captain on the crabfishing boat 'Mr.Crab' in international waters, the captain chose to follow his passion-cooking! He wants to share this passion and love nutricious and healthy seafood with the rest of the world. He is taking all his recepies and experience from cooking on the boat to the kitchen of his own restaurant 'Mr.Crab'.

The captain of Mr.Crab took this very serious when cooking for his crew. Everyday he took some fresh fish or crab from the cath of the day. Mixed them with the best fresh vegetables and herbs and added his passion and love to it. Now he is sharing this kind of seafood with the rest of the world.
