Los Pilones was founded by three Mexican brothers who settled in Amsterdam in 2001. Their concept was to bring the real flavors of traditional Mex-Mex cuisine to The Netherlands. Using only the best ingredients from Mexico, such as their own salsas (Chipotle, Habanero, Jalapeño) and Tequila (Silver-Gold-Aged).
Los Pilones has three restaurants located in Amsterdam. Our concept is to bring the real taste and great atmosphere of Mexico.
Los Pilones is a hot-spot in this vibrant city. Constantly visited by locals, tourists, and guests from all over the world.
We are proud to be the only place in The Netherlands with an extensive variety of Tequilas and Mezcales (More than 185 different varieties!).
