Bakkerij Hans Egstorf. Op de hoek van de Spuistraat en de Raamsteeg staat een opvallend bouwwerk van de Amsterdamse architect Gerrit van Arkel. De bakkerij in Jugendstil-stijl werd in 1898 ontworpen door de Amsterdamse architect Van Arkel, waarna de luxebakkerij van Fred C. Stähle zich er vestigde. Sinds 1990 is Hans Egstorf eigenaar van de opvallende bakkerij.
