The ITCCA™ promotes Original Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan (taijiquan), the family-style of the Yang Family. Head of the ITCCA™ is Master Chu King Hung, disciple of Yang Shou Chung. He transmits the original Yang family Tai Chi Chuan through his own disciples and many qualified teachers all over Europe.
There are good reasons for practicing Tai Chi (taiji) and qigong, meditation and taoist massage: better health, body awareness, internal energy and harmony for the every day life.
