VAN SPEYK

Brasserie Van Speyk is a classic Amsterdam style brasserie, firmly rooted in the french culinary tradition with a contemporary touch.

Situated in a building dating back to 1659 in the heart of the old warehouse District, just off Amsterdam's Central Station.

Van Speyk combines Dutch and French flavours in a characteristic timeless interior and setting, serving high class food at a reasonable price,
with a high service standard.

Enjoy Dutch culinary icons like oak- smoked sausage with "sudderlapjes", crisp Zeeland oysters,
excellent Steak Bordelaise, the fresh catch of the day, fresh lobster straight from our lobster-tank among others; or enjoy our surprising 3 or 4 course menu of the day.

Accompanied by a beautifiul selection of wines, bubbling champagne or a refreshing locally brewed beer from our extensive collection.

Brasserie Van Speyk's young, ambitious kitchen team cooks inspired by the seasons, using as much local produce as possible, and aiming as an organisation to be as environmentally sound as possibie.

We are open daily from 17.00 untill midnight.
