Authentic nomadic desert treks from several lenghts by camel through the breathtaking desert of South Sinai together with the Muzayna Bedouins and Dutch camelwoman Joyce Schröder.

Amongst the Muzayna bedouins I'm better known as Subhiyya.
My first time in South Sinai Desert was in 1995 and nowadays I live most of the year amongst the bedouins in Dahab at the Red Sea together with my own 4 Camels: Jamila, Subhan, Bilhèn and Abdèn.

Before I founded DesertJoy in 2003, I made many desert treks with the bedouins but also alone with my first camel Dalèl with whom everything started.

When Dalèl passed away after being 7 years together, I founded in 2007 the Dalel Foundation (Stichting Dalel) to improve Camel Well being in Dahab - South Sinai: http://www.stichtingdalel.org and on facebook: www.facebook.com/stichtingdalel.org

DesertJoy is a small-scaled specialized ecotourism travelagency, our groups starts with 2 participants till maximum of 10 participants.
Desert season is from Oktober - April, before and after it is too hot.
